Maximize the Lifespan of Your Inflatable Investment
A well-maintained 0.55mm PVC advertising balloon can be used for dozens of events across 3 to 5 years. Follow these care instructions from our factory floor.
1. Complete Drying Before Packing
Never pack a balloon into its carry bag while damp from morning dew or rain. Trapped moisture causes mildew, unpleasant odours, and fabric sticking that can pull digital ink off the surface during unrolling.
2. Gentle Cleaning Solutions
Use lukewarm water with mild liquid dish soap and a soft microfibre sponge to remove dust, diesel exhaust grime, and bird droppings. Never use harsh solvents, petroleum spirits, or abrasive scrubbing brushes.
3. Rolling Instead of Sharp Folding
Lay the deflated balloon flat on a clean groundsheet. Smooth out air toward the neck valve, then roll the fabric smoothly like a sleeping mat. Avoid pressing sharp permanent creases into printed logo areas.
